Share dashboard credentials with unauthorized individuals.
Copy, export, download, or distribute confidential business information except when required for your authorized work.

Attempt to bypass security or access controls.

Your use of any third-party service may also be subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

5. Accuracy of Information and Reports

Information displayed in the App is provided for internal business, operational, accounting, and reporting purposes.

Reports may be:

Delayed
Incomplete
Subject to synchronization issues
Based on information received from third-party systems
Subject to changes or corrections from the original source

Important financial, payment, settlement, and banking information should be verified against the relevant original source before making significant financial or business decisions.

6. Confidentiality

Authorized users must treat such information as confidential and must not disclose it to unauthorized persons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bohemian Traders will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate a user's access to the App at any time, including when:

The user leaves the business.
The user's authorization is withdrawn.
The account is no longer required.
There is suspected unauthorized access.
The user violates these Terms.
There is a security or operational risk.

Upon termination of access, the user must stop using the App and must not retain or use confidential information obtained through the App except where required by law or authorized by Bohemian Traders.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, interface, design, reports, content, and underlying systems, is owned by or used under authorization by Bohemian Traders and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the App or its components without authorization.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our business operations, security practices, or applicable legal requirements.

The "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.

Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by applicable law.
